  • Free donation testing is available to eligible donors at participating centers: one available donation panel or up to two eligible individual tests. Donation panels are more limited than paid panels.
  • No* means that we could not find any public documentation of these features as of 2026-10-26.
  • Uploaded markers outside InsideTracker's supported list aren't displayed or analyzed. InsideTracker also connects wearable data.
  • The linked Quest panels cover InsideTracker Ultimate's published baseline biomarkers for men or women. They exclude the optional estradiol and progesterone add-ons; the male panel uses calculated free testosterone. Test methods and included services differ. Prices checked 2026-10-26.

Goodlabs gives you two ways to get bloodwork, and neither needs a membership. Donate blood at a partner blood center and get your chosen tests run from the same visit for free, or buy only the tests you want and get them drawn at a partner lab. InsideTracker pairs blood testing with a $149-a-year membership that includes results tracking, healthspan scores, and personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. At Goodlabs, results tracking and Barry, our AI assistant, are free with either path.

At Goodlabs, you can:

  • Donate blood for free testing. Choose from the tests available with an eligible donation.
  • Buy individual tests or panels. Select your markers and see the full price before checkout.
  • Keep results tracking and AI help free. Follow changes and ask Barry about your results without a membership.

InsideTracker puts results tools and personalization in a paid membership. Goodlabs makes uploads, tracking, and Barry free, and lets you choose between eligible donation testing and paid tests.

Goodlabs offers free donation bloodwork and lower-cost paid testing

Goodlabs starts with free bloodwork through eligible donations. For broad paid testing, choose a Goodlabs panel covering InsideTracker Ultimate's baseline biomarkers: $166 for men or $174 for women at Quest, including the draw fee. InsideTracker Ultimate plus an annual membership costs $489. Neither Goodlabs testing path requires a membership.

InsideTracker Ultimate measures up to 54 biomarkers. Goodlabs' male and female panels cover those baseline biomarkers.

Free testing through donation

Book a donation through Goodlabs at a partner blood center. Today that means select Vitalant, Inova, Blood Assurance, Bloodworks Northwest, and LifeStream locations. The tubes for your tests are drawn during the same donation, so there is no second appointment or second needle. Your blood goes to patients who need it, and your results go to your Goodlabs account.

Eligible donors choose one donation panel or up to two eligible individual tests, at no cost. The blood center pays Goodlabs a referral fee for each completed donation, and that fee covers your testing. Donation panels include fewer tests than the paid versions, and the center decides who can donate that day. You can get free testing every 56 days at most partner centers, or twice a year at Blood Assurance.

Buy directly from Goodlabs

Pick individual tests, a Goodlabs-made panel, or your own custom panel. You pay for the tests you choose plus a draw fee per visit, with the full total shown before checkout. You don't need a doctor's visit or insurance. Your blood is drawn at a partner lab: Quest, Labcorp, or BioReference (BioReference in New York and New Jersey).

Barry can help you choose tests, put together a panel, find available appointments, and book at participating locations.

Goodlabs includes results tracking and AI help for free

InsideTracker's membership includes results tracking, AI analysis, healthspan scores, and a customizable action plan. It also pulls in data from Apple Health, Oura, Fitbit, and Garmin. Goodlabs gives you a free account where you can follow changes in your blood test results and ask Barry what your numbers mean. Those tools stay free whether you order tests once or regularly.

If you have older lab reports, you can upload them for free and review them alongside new results. You can also connect an AI assistant you already use to explore your biomarker values and history. Clinician review and telehealth are coming soon to Goodlabs.

Share a Goodlabs panel or try someone else's

InsideTracker lets members combine health categories into a panel. With Goodlabs, build a panel test by test and share it with friends or family. You can also discover public panels made by others and use their selections. Shared panels contain the tests, never your results.

Should you choose Goodlabs or InsideTracker?

Choose Goodlabs if: you want free bloodwork through an eligible donation, or paid testing without a yearly fee. Goodlabs' panels covering InsideTracker Ultimate's baseline biomarkers cost $166 for men or $174 for women at Quest, including the draw fee. Uploads, tracking, and Barry are free.

Choose InsideTracker if: you want bloodwork, wearable data, and existing 23andMe or Ancestry DNA results together in a paid platform today. Genetic uploads and genome sequencing are coming soon to Goodlabs.
